Physical Appearance : : Dasha's skin is smooth, blemish free, except for the scars, cuts, bruises and any number of scratches she manages to acquire during her day. Her skin tone has a natural tan mostly from her obsession with being outdoors in plant life and playing sports. She has a tattoo of a moon with tribal stars coming from the bottom of the moon on her left shoulder, the tattoo is soft and fading because of her time spent outside with it exposed to the elements.

Dasha could be described as pretty, in a handsome sort of way. An oval face houses almond shaped eyes, deep rich brown almost black color with long thick lashes and thick dark eyebrows that are finely shaped; her right eye suffers from a minor case of amblyopia or lazy eye, her lid sinking slightly lower than her left eye. She would love to have this fixed but she usually doesn't think about it unless someone mentions or points it out to her. Her chin is rounded and cute, with just a hint of a double chin, her nose is long and at one point it was straight, but after several broken noses it's crooked at the bridge. White pearly teeth, her front teeth are a bit prominent and are protected by a wide plump bottom lip, always covered in lip balm or Chap Stick, never lipstick, her top lip has a scar on the left side, from a split lip acquired while playing Quidditch with her family. A bright smile is usually plastered on her face, with a small barely noticeable dimple on the right cheek. She sports plump cheek bones, a trait passed onto her by her mother, and a smooth forehead, that's a little large for her face. She never wears make up, hating to put the stuff on unless she has to like a formal event.

Standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, Dasha does tower over most students at Hogwarts, her height often causes people to look up to her during conversations. Dasha is also carries some weight on her, weighing in at 156 lbs, she's not your typical slim, skinny teenager and it doesn't bother her at all, she just barely under the "overweight" category. She's slightly muscular more athletic than anything else with toned muscles most notably seen in her flattened stomach, although thick waist but she does have curves in the right places. Her arms are toned evidence that she enjoys outdoor sports. She often uses her height and weight to her advantages when she's outdoors, either playing Quidditch or some muggle sport she's picked up and enjoys.

Long brown hair with lighter highlights in a wavy lose style with wild curls hanging below her shoulders is something that Dasha loves. It's untamed most of the time, flying wild in the wind with no ties or charms to keep it neat and proper. She often keeps her hair parted to the right side so that the curls can hide her lazy right eye, when she's not wearing her square framed glasses used for reading and not much else. When her hair is tied back, it's usually in a lose ponytail at the nape of her neck rather than a high ponytail and tied with a bit of ribbon that can easily be removed.

Dasha has simple tastes when it comes to clothes, muggle jeans and t-shirts are her clothing of choice, but at schools she's forced to wear her school robes and uniforms. She rarely wears anything that can tie her to the wizardering world at home, other than her wand, and a charm bracelet with thestrals, hippogriffs and merpeople charms on it; she always wears her bracelet. At school she prefers to wear dress pants with her uniform under her class robes. (If this is ok with the administration), but she will wear the customary skirts. When in muggle clothes, she's usually found wearing trainers with mismatched socks, often in stripped colors, jeans or shorts and a shirt in her favorite colors pale blue and lavender. Although she prefers muggle clothes, she does wear wizard robes, and she especially loves dress robes. Her own favorite set being a pale blue corseted dress with a flowing skirt, fitted sleeves and a cape that attaches to the corset and falls over one shoulder, she adores these robes and can sometimes be found wearing them for no reason other than to wear them.

Personality : : Dasha could be described as neurotic and moody, she's outgoing, honest, smart and friendly one minute, the next she’s loud, boisterous, self conscious and easily distracted. Her personality is a mix of very quirky traits that she’s probably inherited or learned from her family. Her neurotic attitude and personality make her a volatile person in some situations.

Usually she’s very outgoing, honest, smart and very friendly. She wouldn’t hesitate to stand up for her friends and hex anyone that threatens her, her family or her friends; in fact she has a habit of doing just that without thinking of the consequences and doing it in an very loud way, not afraid to be crass, yell or scream at anyone to get her point across. She’s very temperamental and easily angered and annoyed over the simplest stuff, one never knows what might tick her off. Usually though, Dasha’s extremely outgoing and would rather be outside playing Quidditch or some muggle sport, or doing something with the magical creatures of the world than sitting inside listening to lectures or doing lessons, despite being smart she doesn’t really apply herself in all of her classes and can often be found day dreaming and being easily distracted; her mind often wanders causing her to see strange things.

Being a very friendly and open person, Dasha is always open to trying new things and making new friends, she’ll initiate conversation with anyone, especially if she doesn’t know that person. It’s always a chance to make a new friend. One thing that Dasha cannot do is tell a lie, except when it comes to her Divination’s class, but she sees those as mostly little white lies to get through the class; usually she’s honestly, brutally so to the point of hurting people without thinking about it. Dasha is also very self-conscious when it comes to her Divination’s class, as she randomly and uncontrollably spouts out ‘prophecies’ that do have a habit of coming true; even though they are little things such as one of the professors getting sick, or one of the classes being canceled.

Character Background : : Dasha, the youngest daughter of Fallon Connelly and Tara Cullen, born on April 28th (16 years old), comes from a long line of Irish witches and wizards with several squibs in the family. Her family is very friendly with the muggle world and are notable in the local muggle community in County Limerick, Ireland where they can be found running shops, business, teaching in muggle schools, and as healers. They don’t use their magic while in the presence of muggles nor do they use their magic to better their businesses, which makes them unique among most wizards.

Dasha’s family is large, having seven brothers and four sisters, she’s never been alone and always had to share with her family, it’s one of the reasons she loves the dorms, there’s always someone around to talk to. All of her siblings are older and are former students of Hogwarts, a few even graduated from Durmstrang and Beauxbaton Academy per their own wishes. Being that the family is so active in the muggle community, she found herself raised with the muggle customs and beliefs as well as the wizarding world and often incorporates the muggle ways into her life.

When Dasha received her letter to Hogwarts, she thought long and hard about attending Beauxbatons instead, but chose to stay closer to home because of her family, and the fact that Beauxbatons was so far away…she had never been away from her family and friends before Hogwarts. At Hogwarts, she achieved an outstanding in Charms, Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures, something she’s extremely proud of. She also achieved an Exceeds Expectations in Potions and Divination, and merely achieved an acceptable in Defense against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration.

Dasha loves her classes, except for DADA, Transfiguration and Divinations. The only reason she even managed to pass her Divination owls was with white lies and a minor ‘prophecy’ that the lady from the Wizarding Examinations Authority would win a trip to the South of France…which she did, it was mostly a lucky guess, but Dasha does tend to have random visions into the future, very few have occurred at school, and if they do, she definitely keeps them to herself, preferring not be a “freak”. Overall, she loves school and does her best, except when she’s day-dreaming and in a bad mood.

Other : :Dasha has a pet cat, a small sickly looking calico that she found nearly dead on the side of the road, and although she’s had the cat for years, it hasn’t gotten healthier looking, half of its tail is missing leaving only a stump, it has a torn right ear, and her fur hasn’t quite grown back in spots leaving it bald along it’s back. The rest of her family sports owls, dogs, a few lizards, a rabbit and a snake as pets making their house look like a zoo from the outside.

Her wand is made of willow wood and is quite whippy with a core of Augurey tail feather. The wand wood and whippy nature of the wand makes it perfect for mastering Charms, the wood also gives a nice boost to the art of Charms and healing magic. The core itself boosts Divination magic, which may be what boosts Dasha’s ability to ‘see’ as well as her family’s history of having ‘seers’. The handle has a small white moon on the end with vines wrapped around the handle dwindling when it reaches mid-way up the shaft.
