Physical Appearance:
Willow has long ebony straight black hair that tumbles past her shoulders to the middle of her back, she is about 5ft '8inches but her build is more delicate and she is extremely thin-there is almost something breakable about her. She has a heart shaped face and bright vivid green almond shaped eyes, she genrally wears clothes of green or blue that generously accentuate her eyes. The best way to describe Willow is thin and delicate, as she has a very lean figure and not many curves. She has high set cheek bones and rather full plump lips. Willow can be considered beautiful but only from an exotic point of veiw as she doesn't have a natural beauty.
Personality:
Willow has a very fiery personality, unlike most people she does not stop to think of the consequences of her words, she will speak her mind in most situations unless it would harm her. Willow can be a very selfish creature and will most likely only help someone if there is something in it for herself. She is not cruel, and she would not hurt someone for the fun of it but, if manipulating and hurting someone will help her achieve what she wants then she will not hesitate to go ahead and do it. Willow can be ruthless and cunning but if you manage to stay in her company long enough you will probably understand why she has such a strong persona and why she acts the way she does. Willow is mysterious and likes to keep to herself, she would not feed the starving nor would she mock them, she would simply ignore them. Some deem her callous and rude others think she is wise and determined, each to there own when it comes to Willow.
Character Background:
Willow is originally from Japan, her parents were following the pure-blood movement there when her father got arrested for an attack on a muggle. Her mother Genevieve decided it would be best for Willow’s magical education if she went to Hogwarts and moved away from Japan, so they packed up there things and left-partly because Genevieve was concerned that Willow was getting in with the wrong crowd in Japan and was going to end up in prison like her father. Willow did not detest muggles, the only reason why she joined “the wrong crowd” was to further her knowledge in magic and because she liked feeling like she had power over people.

When the Murtagh’s moved to England Genevieve realised that the country was going just as bad as her home, so in her house she tried to teach Willow that wizards and muggles were equal to try and make sure her daughter went down the right path, this plan however failed miserably and as all teenagers do this only made Willow rebel even more, she does not yet consider herself as a muggle hater but she is leading down the road of ‘Wizard Superiority’ and she desperately needs someone to help her get out of this momentum.

Willow looked around her room, she flipped over her mattress and began rooting, smirking she found what she was looking for a few galleon, that would cover her expenses. As she rose she checked her reflection in the mirror, her hair was as sleek as always and she flicked it out of her green eyes, she would have been prettier if there wasn’t a permanent scowl or smirk on her face. She lifted her head up and the scent of waffles met her nostrils, she usually lost herself when the waffles came calling, she shook her head, today wasn’t the day for mistakes, she picked up her green cloak and hastily fastened it smoothing down her collar.

As Willow descended the stairs she heard her mother calling, she rolled her eyes-she didn’t have time for this, she had to make up a believable lie and fast. Her bitten fingernails tapped against the oak banister of the staircase and a smile lit her face triumphantly as she called to her mother, “Mother is it ok if I go to the muggle shopping mall for a while? I feel like familiarising myself with the area and I could do with some new muggle clothing,” she said smiling sweetly. Of course her mother lapped that up and let Willow leave smiling that her daughter “had finally started accepting muggles”. Yeah right.

As Willow wondered down her garden path she wondered how she’d get away with doing magic outside of school, but then again Knockturn Alley was full of wizards maybe a little bit of extra magic would go un-noticed-well that’s what she was hoping for. She tossed her black hair out of her eyes as she made her way to the top of road, the smelt like petrol and pollution and all the could see were filthy muggles going about there business, she stopped at the top of the road leaning against a poorly bricked wall.
“I thought you’d never arrive” said a voice popping out from behind the wall, Willow nearly had a heart-attack and she jumped about three inches into the air.
“You scared the life out of me” She said clutching her heart dramatically the familiar smirk tugging on the corners of her lips.
“Lets go, these people need to be punished” the voice said viciously, and Willow nodded in agreement following the group.

The Ranking System: In an effort to help you reach your greatest writing potential, WR has instituted ranks. You start out as a beginner. Once you create three topics and put your application up for review, you will most likely be bumped up to novice. Once you reach that level, more forums in Hogwarts open up to you. Such as... the plotting pages and the journals. After that, you can pursue higher ranks; They are Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite. More detailed information and applications can be found here.

The Clash: Fast forward several years into the future, after your character has graduated from Hogwarts and had a little time to live. Two groups, The Guardians and Vesithe, are at war with each other. Another group called the Vigilante are neutral and work to stop the fighting. This is an ongoing plot that is seperate from the rest of the WR Roleplaying. You must have 50 posts to join, but that's not that hard! :P

Other Information: The signature limit is currently 500x250. Annnd colors are not to be used in your roleplaying posts. We have a skin changer and several different color skins. What might look good on one skin could be unreadable on another. Oh oh, and if you are already a member of WR, and have not gotten permission for having this character from Sundari Harmony, you better do so quick or feel her wrath. xD
