Physical Appearance: Echo supports a slightly tanned complexion with flawlessly smooth skin. It is said her appearance radiates a friendly warmth to all who see her, as her lips are always accompanied with a comforting smile. Echo’s eyes are an ice blue in colour, with a dark blue ring around the outer rim of the iris’ which shine brightly in the sunshine.
Echo’s figure is slender, with a prominent jaw bone in her facial structure, and high cheek bones. Her chest is small to fit in with her slim form, and Echo is seen to be rather short compared to others in her year group. Her hair falls in soft curls around her shoulders, a mousey-brown colour which can appear gold in the warmest summer light.
Personality: Echo is often described as one of the friendliest people you will meet. She can be shy at first, often fidgety around new people, but can warm over time and become a good and trust worthy friend. Echo is always keen on helping people, even those outside her circle of friends and her house. It is often that this friendliness can lead her to trouble, as many use this as a weakness to pick on her.
Echo often finds she trusts people much too quickly and easily, and will confide in those that may even just be pretending to be her friend. Echo does not believe in “cliques” or “labels” and therefore tries to socialise with as many people as she can throughout the day. There aren’t many who she could call a best friend, although she has always wanted one, she finds she is instead everyone’s friend, and just a friend.
Echo is not the brightest girl in her year group, and can often be slightly “air-headed” when it comes to knowledge, her talent in magic is slightly limited and she is often mocked by Slytherin’s, many having nicknamed her a “muggle” for her many mistakes.
Character Background: Echo was born in the small city of Elgin, in Scotland near Inverness. Her family consisted of her witch mother, Teresa, and her muggle father, Jacob. From a very young age it was clear to the family Echo was born with what they always referred to as “the gift”. At first they were slightly worried, with random things exploding as Echo played with them. They had to give up their social life to spend all their time at home with Echo, unable to invite friends around in fear of raising suspicion. When echo turned 4 her little sister showed up, and worried she may too have “the gift” the family decided to move to the country side of Somerset in the south-west of England.
However, luckily for the family little Kaisha never showed any magical skills, and it seemed she followed her father in that line. So, with only little echo to focus on where magic is concerned, Her mother put her on the list for Hogwarts school of magic, and went about teaching her the simplest of spells in the comfort of their country cottage, teaching her how to control her power and hide it from her school friends. Although Echo was never a quick learner, and was always easily distracted from her studies, so her powers did not expand as quickly as her mother would have liked.

Echo tumbled in through the entrance to the common room, the mass of books in her arms rocketing forwards to land on the floor a few metres away from her. Struggling her feet Echo sighs lightly, glancing around to check if anyone was about. Luckily for her it was the middle of the afternoon, and all those who weren’t in class were out enjoying the sunshine while it was there. Even from up here, all this distance from the lake, she could hear the splashing and happy laughter of her fellow school friends, and the common shriek as they made sure to avoid the giant squid. The happy sounds of summer... they could never fail to bring a smile to Echo’s lips. Brushing her golden locks back behind her ear she sets about collecting her books from the floor.
Finally picking up her final book, magical Mediterranean water-plants and their properties and places it in her arms, standing upright and walking directly to a table in a far corner. Placing her books down carefully she leans over, pulling aside the drapes covering the nearby window and gazing out, the sunlight bursting through onto her tanned complexion, her blue eyes glistening brightly. It was a good day, and if it wasn’t for the essay she had to complete for herbology, she would like nothing more than to be out there with everyone else.
Finally opting to retire to her work, she slumps into the chair infront of the table. Grabbing her book of water plants she flicks it open, scanning through till she finds the page she needs on Gillyweed, grabbing her own quill and parchment before beginning to scrawl neatly the start of her essay.

Introduction Topic: One of the greatest ways to get to know other members (aside from RPing of course) is to make an intro topic. You can do that here. Post so that you may be properly welcomed!

The Ranking System: In an effort to help you reach your greatest writing potential, WR has instituted ranks. You start out as a beginner. Once you create three topics and put your application up for review, you will most likely be bumped up to novice. Once you reach that level, more forums in Hogwarts open up to you. Such as... the plotting pages and the journals. After that, you can pursue higher ranks; They are Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite. More detailed information and applications can be found here.

The Clash: Fast forward several years into the future, after your character has graduated from Hogwarts and had a little time to live. Two groups, The Guardians and Vesithe, are at war with each other. Another group called the Vigilante are neutral and work to stop the fighting. This is an ongoing plot that is seperate from the rest of the WR Roleplaying. You must have 50 posts to join, but that's not that hard! :P

Other Information: The signature limit is currently 500x250. Annnd colors are not to be used in your roleplaying posts. We have a skin changer and several different color skins. What might look good on one skin could be unreadable on another. Oh oh, and if you are already a member of WR, and have not gotten permission for having this character from Sundari Harmony, you better do so quick or feel her wrath. xD
