Physical Appearance: Posy has a peaches and cream complexion, with bright roses in her cheeks. She has a small, delicate snub nose, and large, wide set dark brown eyes, with golden flecks, and thick long lashes. she has a small mouth, width wise, but with full pouty lips, and white straight teeth. Her hair is blonde, with strawberry blonde highlights, waist length, and falls in tousley waves. It's usually left uncontrolled, to fall Rapunzel like across her shoulders and down her back. Her build is delicate and slight, and she's very small overall, with tiny feet and delicate wrists and hands.
Personality / Character Background: Posy grew up as an only child, the daughter of a school teacher and a pen salesman. Her mother died shortly after childbirth, and she was raised by her father; a nice enough man, but distant with Posy, unsure of how to handle himself around a growing girl. Thus, Posy's childhood was filled with long days of exploring the countryside around her house, unburdened by chores or responsibilities, as her father preferred to let her wander rather than dealing with the awkward silences that would ensue if she was cooped up. Because of her childhood, Posy was never really socialized to children. In school she sat in the middle, did her work, and remained quiet, never asking questions, never drawing attention to herself. She did well enough and was smart, but never really had any friends. This was fine with Posy, however, as she much preferred the company of her books; the one thing readily supplied by her father, who found that when he bought Posy a book she tended to disappear for hours, something that made his life much easier than trying to entertain the girl. When the adventures in her books ran out, Posy would enact them herself, running around their land, exploring everything she could. Quiet and shy around people, she was fearless with nature, climbing anything and everything she could, taking on challengers and challenges, always at perfect ease out of doors. Posy was taught good manners, and always strives to be polite and proper. She is also constantly trying to learn more and more about the world.
When Posy got the letter requesting for her to be taught at Hogwarts, her muggle father thought it was a joke - and continued to do so for about 5 years. Unfortunately, by the time Posy had turned 15, her powers had begun to go crazy. After the house was nearly set on fire, her father finally acquiesced, and allowed Posy to attend, causing her to be extremely behind in her studies. However, Posy firmly believes that she can catch up, and is thus taking extra classes in order for her to catch up as fast as she can.
Other: Has a pet cat; a stray – no one is quite sure of the breed, though it’s long haired and mottled in all different colors; named Petal. Despises the snow and cold, and is scared of jellyfish.
