Name: Erik Valcan Drage
House: Ravenclaw
Physical Appearance:
Erik has always been rather small for his age, something that has not been exhibited through most of his family, who are rather tall. His father Tristan alone stands at over six feet tall, and Erik is wondering if he will ever gain the seemingly recurring physique of his family. He is slender and has just begun to start filling out, not really possessing any meat on his bones.
At this stage in development Erik possesses rather soft features, with the ice blue eyes and dark hair of his father, which he never allows to grow too long. In younger years of school Erik’s looks seemed to prefer his mother but as he is still growing he is starting to look more and more like his father, Tristan.
Personality:
Erik is withdrawn and introverted, preferring to read books instead of socialize with others and expand his knowledge. He does not possess many friends, but prefers to keep those he has close to him. He can be rather shy and quiet around others and as a result has not really made any enemies. Applying himself to his studies very enthusiastically he is rather bothered if he does not get every assignment perfect, and in itself he is a perfectionist. One could call him a neat freak; he is rather obsessive about keeping everything organized and pristine, very akin to his appearance. Erik is very uncomfortable around others and finds it embarrassing to speak, as his voice is still cracking and can put him in rather tight spots during conversations, especially with girls.
Character Background:
Erik was born to Tristan Drage, an auror, and Angela Ames, a Ministry secretary, both members of pureblood families. Tristan grew up with his cousin Sammael Stark as an adopted brother, his family being wealthy and of esteem in Norway. Tristan was sorted into Ravenclaw as was Angela, a witch from Glasgow, Scotland.
Erik was sorted into Ravenclaw quickly and without effort, being quite happy to be sorted into the same house as his parents had been. Erik has thus far had a very uneventful life, content to live with his parents and possessing only a slight interest in Quidditch. He is interested on being on the team but does not really invision himself getting on it.
Not having much of a social life Erik spends his time on his schoolwork and expanding his collection of books. He is constantly looking for appreciation from his father- he does not feel that he is living up to any of his standards, although he does not know what his father really thinks. In this way he is closer to his mother, Angela, and writes her frequently.
