I'm not actually going to be gone. I'll be around. I just might be slower than I would like to be with replies.

1. Today was a bad, bad, bad, bad, bad day. I describe it as like a punch to the stomach and soul. Rough time for my family, and it's just kind of knocked the wind out of me.

2. Plus these are the last few weeks of the semester, which is pure hell for teachers. It's hell for students, too, I know. I'd still rather be a student. But yes... I'm inundated with grading and exams and helping all the grad students not mess up.

So... I AM STILL AROUND, I PROMISE. YOU CAN PM ME IF YOU NEED HELP OR HAVE QUESTIONS. My posts are just coming slower than I would like. So bear with me. <3

PICK-UP QUIDDITCH GAME(S)

It's been a long time coming, but staff is finally getting close to having Quidditch up and running! We're working on some tweaks to the most recent incarnation of Quidditch (the system of which was devised by Mimi/Tomas Findlay and Lily/Henry Lestrade), but we're still working on fixing a few little quirks here and there.

So... Before we actually start the proper Quidditch season, we're going to have a pick-up game or two! This will give staff a chance to test out the system and fix any errors we might have made or missed, and it will also give everyone a chance to get a taste of Quidditch and satiate that burning desire that so many of your characters are feeling. The weather's getting warmer, after all... so it's time to take to the sky!

We'll explain more as we get closer to it, but for now... We want to know who is interesting in participating on the teams for these pick-up games!

Below this post is the summary of the Quidditch positions, though I'm certain that you all are familiar with them... But still... a refresher is never a bad thing!
